PRICING & CURRENCY
All prices on our website are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) by default. We also support payments in Japanese Yen, US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euro, Renminbi, Hong Kong Dollars, New Taiwan Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds.
Please note:
. International orders may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates.
. In case of returns or cancellations, any foreign transaction fees or exchange rate differences will be borne by the customer.
. Prices may change due to market fluctuations without prior notice.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer free standard shipping within the UAE.
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UAE time) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
. In-stock items: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
. Customized / Pre-order / Made-to-order items: Please allow 14–20 business days (excluding delivery time) for production and dispatch.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
. UAE: 1–3 Business Days – Free Shipping via Local Carrier
. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman: 4–7 Business Days – Shipping calculated at checkout
. USA & UK: 5–7 Business Days – Shipping calculated at checkout
. Rest of the World: 5–10 Business Days – Shipping calculated at checkout
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTIES
We ship to over 100 countries via DHL, FedEx, or EMS (Japan Post).
The shipping courier is assigned automatically and cannot be selected by the customer.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Customs, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
RESTRICTED SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following countries:
Brazil, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Mexico, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Vietnam
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once an order is placed, we do not accept changes or cancellations. If a cancellation is absolutely necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, a handling fee of 5.35% of your total order will be deducted from the refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Clicking on this number will redirect you to the courier’s tracking page for real-time updates.
